FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield Police Department has issued a silver alert for 16-year-old Jomana Ali, who was last seen on July 2 at around 5:45 p.m. near the Elm Street area. Authorities are asking for the public’s help to locate Ali, who is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing about 140 pounds.
