    Four people arrested in Ohio after officials find fentanyl, crack cocaine, and other unknown substances

    STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Four people were arrested after the Jefferson County Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant on Ohio Street on Wednesday morning.

    According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, during the search, detectives seized fentanyl, crack cocaine, and other unknown substances.

    During the search, officials say Kelci Walters, 32, was charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and an outstanding warrant; Jessica M. Greathouse, 42, was charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and an outstanding warrant; John S. Powell, 35, was charged with possession of fentanyl; and Christina R. Davis, 40, was charged with an outstanding warrant. Additional charges are pending.

    The Drug Task Force, which is comprised of members of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Steubenville Police Department, and the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office, were assisted by the Jefferson County SRT team and Steubenville Police Department.
