MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - The Boys and Girls Club of Manhattan held a ribbon cutting today for its new Early Learning Center. The new center will serve kids from 6 weeks to 5 years old. This adds to the other 13 locations across Manhattan and Wamego, which serve elementary to 18-year-olds.
