Suffolk, Virginia — Suffolk City Manager Al Moor announced the appointment of Charles Meek as Director of Finance effective today, Friday, March 22, 2024.

Charles Meek joined the City in 2007 as a Senior Administrative Analyst and has held the roles of Budget and Strategic Planning Manager, Assistant Director of Finance, and Interim Budget Director on two occasions, most recently holding the interim position since October 2023.
