According to Realtor.com , the New Franklin home on Dusty's Circle was built in 2002 on a 0.76-acre lot. At 4,406 square feet, the house has four bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms and a three-car garage.

Located in a cul-de-sac on a channel off Rex Lake, part of Portage Lakes, the home has several outdoor spaces to take in the water views. On the main floor there's an enclosed hot tub porch and a covered porch off the kitchen that goes down to the patio; while upstairs there's a private covered balcony off the loft area and another covered balcony off the primary suite. Not to mention the spacious patio featuring a built-in double grill and a pergola with a gas fireplace. Plus the whole back of the house is full of windows to show off the water views.

At the entrance, the leaded front glass doors open up to a curved, wrought iron staircase in the marble foyer. Then in into the two-story great room, the floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the water views. You also can't miss the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

As seen in photos, the great room leads into the chef's kitchen, complete with commercial-grade appliances, according to the listing, including an eight-burner Wolf stove and double ovens.
