Montclair Police: Victim Repeatedly Punched in Face After Refusing to Give Money
MONTCLAIR, NJ - On Tuesday, a man was assaulted and robbed in Montclair, according to Montclair Police officials. The incident occurred on Claremont Avenue and resulted in the victim sustaining multiple injuries. The Montclair Police Department said, "The victim reported that he was walking west on Claremont Avenue when he was approached by a male requesting money. The victim refused to provide the suspect with any money. Kinnelon Gas Station Received An Improper Delivery of Fuel: Premium Tank Filled With Diesel
KINNELON, NJ - Last week on July 22nd, Kinnelon Police Department were alerted that there was an issue regarding a vehicle having diesel filled in their car in place of premium gasoline. It was identified that the gas station was Fuel 4. Fuel 4 was notified.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER It was determined that the gas station was given a delivery of improper fuel in which the premium gas tanks had been filled with diesel. Regular fuel was unaffected and continues to be pumped at the station. Thus far, 3 vehicles have been reported to be affected. Is New Jersey suffering quake envy?
I have to confess. I’m more than a little disgusted. I can’t be the only one. New Jersey comes with so many disappointments you’d think we’d be immune to them. We never get the credit we deserve for being an awesome state and we’ll always be in the cold shadow of New York and Philadelphia. We will never be allowed to be trusted with a gas nozzle like the rest of the nation. We will never be affordable. Etcetera etcetera.
Free program at Rutgers helps adults with autism
NEWARK — A Newark-based program is hoping to bridge the gap for services that benefit adults with Autism. "There's a lot of people who have a diagnosis of Autism in New Jersey, but they need services that can sometimes be difficult to find," said Dr. Aaron Dallman, the creator of Nexus and an assistant professor at Rutgers.
