FBI offers $10,000 for tips leading to arrest of Ohio cemetery vandals
The FBI is offering a reward of $10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the vandal or vandals, who desecrated graves at two Ohio Jewish cemeteries. “The vandalism of nearly 200 graves at two Jewish cemeteries near Cincinnati is despicable,” U.S. President Joe Biden wrote on Wednesday. “This is antisemitism and it is vile.”
Columbus Clippers walk off against Mud Hens in 4-3 comeback victory
COLUMBUS — Jose Tena’s two-out solo home run to right field completed the home team’s comeback, as the Columbus Clippers defeated the Toledo Mud Hens 4-3 on Friday night at Huntington Park. The Clippers outscored the Mud Hens 4-1 over the final four innings after trailing 3-0. In the bottom of the ninth inning, Toledo went to relief pitcher Sean Guenther who struck out both Micah Pries and Christian Cairo. However, the third batter Guenther faced, Tena, took him deep to right field for his 15th home run of the season, securing the victory for the Clippers. Guenther suffered the loss to drop to 3-1. The Hens went ahead 1-0 in the top of the fourth inning by way of Dillon Dingler’s 11th homer of the year.

Ryan Vilade hits grand slam in 9th inning to lift Toledo Mud Hens past Columbus Clippers
Recap: Ryan Vilade's grand slam off Mason Hickman (1-4) in the ninth inning gave the Mud Hens the win at Huntington Park. Alvaro Gonzalez opened the ninth with a double. Parker Meadows then singled before Justice Bigbie was hit by a pitch to load the bases. Hickman then struck out Spencer Torkelson and Bligh Madris before Vilade delivered with the grand slam. For Columbus, Jose Tena had two hits and Bryan Lavastida homered.
