NTC scholarships The Northwood Technical College Foundation announced the fall 2024 semester scholarship awards to 220 students totaling $103,370 with an average award of $470 on May 15. Three area students were awarded scholarships to attend Northwood Technical College campuses in Ashland and Rice Lake.
