Rockford football loses to Albany
Rockford Rockets headed to Albany Huskies on Oct. 4. Albany got the kickoff and ran to the Rockford 40 yard line. On fourth and 2, Rockford defense stood tall when DL Micah Linna with help from LB Patrick Binnebose hit the RB in the backfield for a loss. Hopkins aquatics team bows to STMA girls
St. Michael-Albertville, the most improved team in Lake Conference girls aquatics this season, won 105-73 in a dual meet against Hopkins. The Knights started fast with a 1-2 finish in the 200-yard medley relay. First place went to the team of Renee Meehan, Hailey Riley, Emma Durenberger and Addie Thompson-Klimpke with a time of 2:00.62. VIRGINIA—The Rock Ridge girls’ tennis team had a near-perfect day on Tuesday at the Section 7AA North Individual Tennis Tournament.
