Quarter-mile section of Hackley Avenue to close
A quarter-mile of Hackley Avenue in Muskegon Heights will be closed to traffic starting Tuesday, May 28. According to a press release from the city of Muskegon Heights, construction will close traffic to Hackley Avenue between Manz and Elwood streets. All eastbound and westbound traffic will be instructed to follow a detour north to East Delano Avenue.
