The Museum at Monterey Pass Battlefield is set to open its doors for the 2024 season on Saturday, May 25th. Visitors can explore the museum from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the opening day. Throughout the season, the museum will be open every Saturday and Sunday during the same hours.
Ten Years of Free 5K’s in Gettysburg
The very first Free 5K put on by the Physical Fitness Task Force of Healthy Adams County was attended by 40 runners on Sunday, March 29th, 2015. Since that first run, we have held two free 5K’s each year (except during Covid). If it hadn’t been for Covid, this would have been our 10th year of running Free 5K’s.
