RANDOLPH, NJ- New Jersey's Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act designates the week of the first Monday in October each year as a “Week of Respect." School counselors, teachers, and administrators are using this week to organize different lessons and activities to promote healthy relationships and respect for others. To commemorate New Jersey’s Week of Respect, Morris County Prosecutor's Office Supervising Assistant Prosecutor Samantha DeNegri and Sergeant Patrick LaGuerre conducted their annual anti-bullying assembly for all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Randolph Middle School students.The students learned how to make safe and respectful behavior choices by watching a series of different scenarios where they were asked to identify potential concerns. The students then identified the negative behaviors they watched, and our distinguished guests shared what the potential consequences of those choices could mean.
