Kennedy Advances in Passaic County Tournament with Dominant 7-0 Win Over Eastern Christian
PATERSON, NJ - Kennedy's boys soccer team cruised past Eastern Christian with a 7-0 victory in the first round of the Passaic County Tournament on Saturday. Gabriel Paulino led the charge, scoring a hat trick and adding two assists. The team got off to a strong start, with Paulino netting the first goal just 38 minutes into the game, assisted by Juan Hurtado. The Knights kept the pressure on, with Hurtado and Jason Rodriguez both contributing goals in the first period, giving the team a 3-0 lead by halftime.In the second half, Rodriguez found the back of the net twice more, while Eliseo Espirme added another goal and assisted on two others. Paulino scored his third goal of the game with 25 minutes remaining, securing his standout performance.
