Greg McElroy had a take on the Florida State Seminoles for 2024. It was a hot topic on Tuesday's edition of Always College Football .

Florida State went to the ACC Championship after finishing the regular season undefeated last year. However, even after winning the ACC title it was left out of the College Football Playoff.

The Michigan Wolverines, Washington Huskies, Texas Longhorns, and Alabama Crimson Tide made it over Florida State.

McElroy predicted that Florida State would be at the top of the ACC again, even with new faces on the roster. Former Oregon State Beavers and Clemson Tigers quarterback DJ Uiagalelei has transferred to Florida State. The Seminoles have also added former Alabama running back Roydell Williams.

He also thinks the Miami Hurricanes and Clemson Tigers will be in the mix.

"...Like we've talked about before, the ACC is deep, man. It's really deep. Especially at the top, I think there's six or seven teams that are very dangerous in that league," McElroy said. "But the three that I anticipate being there at the end are Miami, Florida State, Clemson."

The Seminoles have the second-most ACC titles with 16. The only team ahead of them is Clemson with 21. Another ACC Championship would go a long way for Mike Norvell in Tallahassee.
