CHARLOTTE — The 2024 Florida State football season is finally here … almost.
Representatives from FSU, Georgia Tech and SMU are in Charlotte today to speak with the media on the opening day of ACC Kickoff. Each team’s head coach and at least three players will speak in a variety of interview settings, and Warchant’s staff is on hand to bring you all of the latest information.
The day will begin with Florida State head coach Mike Norvell , defensive end Patrick Payton , defensive tackle Joshua Farmer and offensive lineman Darius Washington speaking with the FSU media in attendance around 10:30 a.m.
That quartet then will continue with additional interviews throughout the day.
ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips will conduct his annual address with the media at 1 p.m. And Georgia Tech and SMU players will be taking part in interviews as well.
Florida State opens preseason camp this Wednesday, and the Seminoles start the 2024 season on July 24 against Georgia Tech in Dublin, Ireland.
