With the world's eyes focused on the White House Monday for a celebration of the 2023-2024 NCAA Champions and an appearance from Vice President Kamala Harris, a familiar face from Florida State stepped forward.

After Harris spoke to the crowd - it was Harris' first public appearance since President Biden dropped his re-election bid Sunday and endorsed her to run in his place - FSU soccer star Jordynn Dudley was invited to speak by the vice president.

Dudley spoke on balancing life as a student-athlete and the ability to compete on and off the field.

Dudley traveled with the Seminoles soccer team to represent the program at the event after winning the NCAA Women's soccer title with a 5-1 win over Stanford last December.

    It was FSU's fourth title.

"My freshman year at FSU was a dream come true," Dudley said at the event.

"I've played with and against the most talented woman in college soccer."

Who is FSU women's soccer player Jordynn Dudley?
