    A decade later, Pasco neighbors get their park, and their bill

    There were still a few of the original community members in the audience this week as the Pasco County Commission considered finally closing the discussion on Oaks Park, a 41-acre wooded area once proposed for a multi-story development of 240 apartments.

    The apartment plan was soundly rejected a decade ago as residents objected to it.
