Officers also arrested Zhi Chen, 59, on charges of living on the earnings of a prostitute, and operating a massage establishment without a license, according to court records.

According to the police report, Williams told officers he and his wife, Yu, were living at the spa at 3880 Coconut Creek Parkway, suite 303, and regularly using drugs there.

Yu, who is from China, was working at the spa and using meth, and Williams smoked marijuana many times a day, the report said.

Officers from the department’s special enforcement team found 3.6 grams of meth in Yu’s purse, which she kept in a nightstand, the report said.

Officers called U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s translation line so they could interview Yu and determine if she was a victim of human trafficking, the report said.

Officers determined she was not a victim.

Police charged Williams with possession of cannabis, and Yu with possession of methamphetamine.

Both have been released from Broward County Jail after posting bond.

As for Chen, details on his arrest were not immediately available.

He, too, is from China, and was arrested at his home in Fort Lauderdale, court records show.

He remained Sunday in the jail, held on $51,000 in bonds for the two charges, records show.
