    Asbury Park to Host NJ Friends of Clearwater Festival: A Weekend of Music and Environmental Advocacy

    ASBURY PARK, NJ - The City of Asbury Park’s Green Team and Environmental Shade Tree Commission invite the community to the NJ Friends of Clearwater Festival , taking place on Saturday, August 31st, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, September 1st, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Sunset Park. This annual open-air music festival is a celebration of the collective spirit of individuals coming together to protect the environment, all while enjoying a diverse lineup of music and activities.

    The two-day event will feature two music stages showcasing some of the finest folk and rock musicians, providing the perfect soundtrack to a weekend dedicated to environmental awareness. In addition to the music, festival-goers can explore crafts and green vendors, engage with environmental activists, and enjoy a variety of food trucks. Special activities for children and discussion round-tables will offer fun and educational opportunities for attendees of all ages.
