TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Terre Haute man who reportedly used the username “Josh38PervDad” while discussing child sex abuse material in online chat rooms received 4-years of house arrest after pleading guilty.

Joshua Craft appeared in Vigo County Court for sentencing on July 1. Judge Michael Lewis accepted his guilty plea as part of an agreement with the state. Craft pleaded guilty to two counts of level 5 felony child exploitation. As part of the agreement two level 6 felony charges of possessing child pornography were dropped.

As part of the sentencing, Craft must register as a sex offender and abide by multiple rules surrounding his use of the internet and social media.
