Meet NorthJersey.com's adoptable pets of the week for September 6!

Each week, NorthJersey.com would like to highlight adoptable animals from local shelters and rescues .

This week we are featuring Sully, Ben and Jerry from Friends of the Shelter Clifton .

Sully

Sully has been at the shelter since January when he was saved on a cold day with his paws almost frozen to the ground. He was estimated to be about 1 year old when he arrived.

An active and curious cat, Sully is quite the character. If he finds a box, he will jump in it and hang out. He is vocal when he wants to be let out of his cage to stretch and is very interested in all of the other cats and quite respectful of them.

Sully is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. If you are looking for a fun companion, he may be the perfect match for you!

Ben and Jerry

Ben and Jerry have been raised in a foster home since they were 5 weeks old. Now, they are about 7 months old.

Ben, the gray and white one, is super outgoing and loves to play "hairdresser."

Jerry, the brown and white one, is on the quieter side and loves to soak up extra love.

Ben and Jerry are long, lean and quite handsome. They are neutered and up to date on vaccines, still living in their foster home waiting patiently for someone to fall in love with them.

"We just don't know why it is taking so long," said the shelter. "We hope their new family arrives soon so they can see how great they are."

Ben and Jerry are a bonded pair since they have been together for so long so the shelter would like them to stay together saying that when one is away from the other he cries.
