It's once again time for the fans to vote for the Barker Honda Athlete of the Week in the Houma- and Thibodaux-area high school sports.

Each week, six boys and six girls represent their schools and their sports, but only the athletes with the most votes can be the winners. It's up to fans like you to decide who wins. You can check this week's nominees and cast your vote by clicking here. Voting is open now and runs until the end of the day on Thursday, with the winners announced online on Friday.

Last week, track and field runners Jaylon Coleman of Vandebilt Catholic and Myi'Laili Crockem of A.J. Ellender were voted the winners.
