They’re top-notch, with chewy crusts, sweet, tangy sauce, and appropriately airy or thin bases (depending on the style). Not all of the signature topping combinations work, but you can very easily build your own on an excellent canvas. If the Pedroso’s name sounds familiar, that’s because they operate a few trailers around town, mostly parked outside of bars where you can grab a slice or a pie to enjoy with your beer. This particular location is their flagship—a brick-and-mortar space that shares a wall with Lala’s Little Nugget. There's no dedicated dining area (it’s more of a counter-service takeout operation), so find a seat at the year-round Christmas-themed bar next door and eat pizza under a reindeer-drawn sleigh to help set the mood.
