    Phinney Ridge’s patio situation used to be all wimpy decks and sidewalk sets. Then, this double-decker astroturf oasis sprouted up from an old auto repair shop. Here, you can slurp pristine milkshake-thick slushies like sweet pink frosé, rum-spiked blue hawaiians, and alcohol-free watermelon coolers. Then, all that’s left to do is linger for an indeterminate amount of time at a marble table out in front or on the second-story rooftop arcade. And while the bar is pretty low for any ol’ Seattle food truck , their on-site cart surpasses expectations, with great munchies like crackly fish tacos, fries dressed with queso fresco-blasted bulgogi beef and sriracha aioli, and pulled pork quesadillas brightened by caramelized onions and guacamole. Essentially, consider Phinney Station a North Seattle alternative to Citizen .
