LIMA — Allen County prosecutors offered a Lima man a plea deal on charges of cocaine possession and trafficking and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

The deal would have Titus Brown, 48, plea guilty to the second count of possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony, with the specifications of major drug offender, firearm, forfeiture of a gun and forfeiture of money still included. The other two counts would be dismissed.

Brown has until Sept. 13 to accept the deal.

Court documents allege a search at Brown’s house at 612 Marian Ave. resulted in a seizure of cocaine, a firearm, paraphernalia and money in April; specifically 749 grams of cocaine, according to a narrative included in court documents from Thomas Kennedy, a task force officer with the FBI Northwest Ohio Safe Streets Task Force.

Brown has been out on bond since posting a cash bond of $200,000.
