Students prepare for art show

Students are getting ready for their art show and to prep, they took a stroll through a gallery in the art room selecting pieces to critique.

They focused on a piece of artwork that sparked something inside of them. As a class, they shared out their critiques which is an excellent way to prep them for what they can expect when their artwork is hanging in the JCMS gallery at the show, held April 24 at Jefferson County Middle School from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Winners will be recognized at 6:00 p.m. and culinary students will also have some tasty treats for guests.
