Mahanoy Elks host DSVP, initiate new members

MAHANOY CITY – The Mahanoy City Elks lodge hosted the District State Vice President for the northeast district and initiated five new members at this month’s meeting.

Scott Winterburn, DSVP and member of the Tamaqua Lodge #592 visited.
