These restaurants in Warner Robins, Perry, Centerville ace routine health inspections

Most Houston County restaurants, bars and food trucks earned “A’s” at their routine health inspections in August, including multiple that achieved perfect scores of 100.

A dozen other Houston County restaurants scored “B’s” and four received “C’s,” according to what was reported in the state health department’s online portal Thursday. None failed.

State environmental health inspectors assign grades based on how many points are deducted from 100, with scores 69 and below considered failing.

An “A” for “food safety excellence” is based on a score between 90 and 100. A grade of “B” for “satisfactory compliance” is for a score between 80 and 89. A “C” for “marginal compliance” is based on a score of 70 to 79, while a “U” for “unsatisfactory compliance” is received for a failing score of 69 or less.
