Eerie notes left by ex-boyfriend of missing Brenna Swindell emerge as her former MLB star dad begs for help

UNNERVING notes have reportedly been left behind by the ex-boyfriend of a missing woman as the search for her continues.

Brenna’s father Greg Swindell – a former MLB player – said in a post on Facebook that Morgan was violent, begging the public to stay alert.

Greg shared a photo of Morgan and Brenna, writing, “Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know.”

Morgan’s father, Morgan Guidry Sr. shared ominous notes that his son left behind right before the pair’s disappearance.

“I went back to spend one last night with her,” one note read, according to local ABC outlet, KVUE News.

“Off to travel the world heart Morgan + Brenna, see you on the other side,” another note continued.

Despite the eerie nature of the notes, Guidry Sr. said he didn’t believe the situation was distressing.

He added that he “loves and misses” his son, per KVUE News.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Brenna and Morgan were last seen at the Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse in Spicewood, Texas, about 32 miles northwest of Austin , on Thursday, August 22.

Her family reported her missing to the Austin Police Department when they struggled to contact her.

She was traveling in a white Kia Carnival with Texas plates reading VFS7528.

The car was reportedly located by a plate reader on a Colorado interstate the next Friday evening, according to a Facebook post from Brenna’s mother, Sarah.

“Again, her boyfriend is in trouble with law from when he assaulted her last month and we don’t know if she went with him willingly, was talked into running away with him, or what,” Brenna’s mother continued in the post.

“I still feel she would never abandon her 3 children or just take off without explanation,” she added.

“So until we can prove otherwise, we feel she is in danger.”

The case was recently transferred to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.

Police are asking the public to keep their eyes out for Brenna and Morgan.

Brenna is 5 foot 5 and weighs around 120 pounds. She has brown shoulder-length hair that is typically in a ponytail.

Brenna also has flowers tattooed on one arm and a spider web on her other shoulder.

Morgan has brown eyes, brunette hair, and a beard.

Even though Brenna’s Kia was last located in Colorado, authorities believe they could be anywhere.

VIOLENT PAST

According to court documents reviewed by KVUE, Morgan is wanted in connection to an assault on July 7, 2024.

He was accused of strangling his girlfriend multiple times and slamming her head on the ground.

She then allegedly ran for the door to escape and was knocked over by a box of ammunition.

Morgan wasn’t in the home when law enforcement arrived, but loose ammunition was spotted.

The Travis County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to KVUE that the victim in the documents was Brenna.

Brenna’s parents have been active on social media , advocating for her and believing she’s in danger.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Brenna’s family and law enforcement but didn’t immediately hear back.
