A COUPLE hundred fans of Elon Musk joined to celebrate the tech mogul after a Cybertruck driver unveiled a towering bust of the billionaire.

The bronze statue of Musk , carried by the head-turning Cybertruck , made its way through a Texas city’s downtown – but the EV’s owner said he didn’t want to cause commotion around the art.

The giant cinderblock statue made its way through the scenic town of Brownsville in mid-August, according to the San Antonio Express-News .

Tesla’s newest product, the angular Cybertruck, carried the artwork to its final destination.

The new pickup is growing in popularity , but it looks nothing like other vehicles in the American market.

Tesla’s latest product is typically wrapped in bulletproof silver sheet metal panels with jagged body lines, light bars, and a massive windshield wiper.

But this particular Cybertruck is even more attention-grabbing.

The Cybertruck is decked out with several aftermarket upgrades.

The electric pickup is wrapped in a black matte finish with a custom license plate that says “3LEKTRK.”

If the pickup wasn’t eye-catching enough, the thousand-dollar art installation it carried was.

A French tech investor named Louis, who admitted to driving the truck and spending top dollar on the sculpture, spoke to the San Antonio Express-News about the installation.

Louis told the publication he wanted the art’s delivery to maintain a “low profile” but that viral videos of the bust’s transfer were out of his hands.

The driver brought the art piece to a rented plot close to the CEO’s SpaceX production and launch facility.

The bust isn’t meant to look exactly like Musk, the owner said.

It features a slightly too-round face and eyes too far apart to be a replica of the billionaire.

But the differences are intentional. In 2019, a meme of the tech billionaire went viral after a Reddit user posted an inaccurate drawing of the mogul.

Louis said he spent “thousands” of dollars on the cinderblocks and carving of the statue.

There are three trim levels to the esteemed EV pick up, starting from $81,000 and going up to $101,000 depending on the trim level.

With either the single or tri-motor configuration, the Cybertruck is more than just funky looks and sharp angles. The EV pickup boasts 600 horsepower with the dual-motor configuration, and the tri-motor goes up to 834 horsepower. With 100 percent torque at zero RPM due to electric motors, the truck can reportedly tow up to 11,000 pounds.

The range, despite the heft, is an average of 340 miles, and the Supercharger network can add between 128 and 136 miles within just 15 minutes of quick charging. Zero to 60 times for both the dual and tri-motor variants are under four seconds.

While the starting price for the dual and tri-motor configuration is steep at $81,895 and $101,985, a rear-wheel drive version is coming in 2025 that will start at $62,985.

He also hired a painter to make the statue bronze and rented a plot of land for $300 a month.

Finally, the driver dropped the bust after 250 people celebrated “Elon Day.”

The event honored the billionaire’s contribution to art, science, and internet culture.

Dozens of people have reacted to viral videos of the art transfer with a slate of different opinions.

Some viewers called the bust “weird” and “dictator-like,” while others celebrated the art.
