LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Mayor Beverly White celebrated Arbor Day by reading a book called “Nell Plants a Tree” by Anny Wynter and reading the Arbor Day proclamation to students at the Greenbrier Community School and planting a beautiful Black Cherry Tree on the campus on Monday, April 22.
