    Led by Jailyn Ange’s 10 service aces, her DASH United volleyball downed host Community Christian in two sets 25-17, 25-12 on Monday afternoon at the Peace Church gym

    Ange also had a kill for DASH, which got four aces from Willow Webb while Brooklyn Aldrich had an ace and two digs.

    The Cyclones were paced by Ella Lyndon with three aces while Claire Boswell served a pair of aces.

    Community Christian will remain at home Tuesday against Christ Covenant.

    BOYS SOCCER

    CCS falls to Greenville Christian

    Host Community Christian fell two goals shy of Greenville Christian in Monday’s boys soccer scorefest, 6-4.

    Asher Murphy scored twice and made an assist for the Cyclones, while Ashton Bradshaw had a goal and an assist. Kaiden Moss also scored for the Cyclones while Maurice Ruffin turned in four saves in goal.

    The Cyclones will host Sallie B. Howard School on Thursday afternoon at Peace Church soccer field.
