Illinois Basketball Guard Featured on Sleeper’s All Big Ten Team
Illinois Basketball guard, Kasparas Jakucionis, was featured on a recent All Big-Ten first team prediction done by Carter Elliott and Greg Elliott of the Sleeper’s Media podcast. Jakucionis was the only unanimous selection besides rising Junior guard, Braden Smith, of Purdue. Waddell’s team featured Smith, Jakucionis, Oregon’s Jackson Shelstead, Washington’s Great Osobor, and Indiana’s Oumar Ballo. Elliiott’s team consisted of Michigan State’s Frankie Fidler, and Mackenzie Mgbako and Malik Reneau of Indiana.

Per Derek Piper of Illiniinquirer.com, Assistant coach Orlando Antigua spoke to the media during Kendall Gill’s annual golf outing. Antigua shared that Ivisic is currently going through the process with the Croatian embassy and should hopefully receive clearance at any day.
