Delaware State Police are looking for a pair of suspects after a robbery attempt led to a car crash in Townsend over the weekend. The victims, a 19-year-old Middletown man and 18-year-old Newark woman, made arrangements with somebody they'd met on social media to meet the person in Townsend to sell them vape pens, police said.
