The Massive Burritos at this New Jersey Restaurant are bucket-list-worthy

Rosalita's Roadside Cantina is definitely one of those spots. This beloved Mexican restaurant has multiple locations throughout central NJ and is known for its iconic five-pound taco known as the Kitchen Sink, keep reading to learn more.

Rosalita's can be found in the towns of Englishtown and Brick and the restaurant's interior is spacious, fun, and designed impeccably to resemble a real roadside cantina.

Their massive burritos are completely customizable with options including chorizo, beef, and black bean. The restaurant also offers 8 different specialty burritos like the mouth-watering buffalo fried chicken burrito and the 8oz burger, bacon, and cheese burrito.

The biggest burrito of them all however is the 5-pound Kitchen Sink which comes complete with chicken, beef, pork, beans, rice, cheese, sour cream & guacamole. If you can finish it in under 20 minutes the restaurant won't charge you for it.

If you’re a fan of Tex-Mex, you are going to love everything on this menu. Each dish is made fresh daily using local ingredients and in addition to their infamous burritos, Rosalita's is known for their street corn, empanadas, stuffed jalapenos, and delicious desserts like double chocolate skillet cookies and churros filled with caramel.
