Showers and storms possible again on Sunday across central NC
Heavy rain is still possible for the viewing area overnight as showers and storms continue to move east.Some locations did see heavy rain that could be expected again on Sunday.Heavy rain could cause flooding locally, according to ABC11 meteorologist Steve Stewart, especially in areas that have seen recent heavy rain tonight and tomorrow.This follows scattered storms and showers moving across central North Carolina on Saturday. Some areas saw between .5 to 1.5 inches of rain.Temperatures could reach the high 80s again on Sunday.Looking Ahead Sunday we'll see a mix of sunshine. Warm with highs in the 80s.
