I-5 Ramp from US-2 at Trestle Closing Thursday Night
The westbound US 2 ramp to northbound Interstate 5 will close overnight Thursday, July 18, in Everett for maintenance. From 9 pm Thursday, July 18, to 3 am Friday, July 19, Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews will repair sensors along the ramp. Crews also will close the right lane of westbound US 2 leading up to the ramp.

We invite you to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony at Skykomish (Sky) River Park, 413 Sky River Pkwy, Monroe on Tuesday July 23 at 4:00 p.m. for the City of Monroe’s first two dedicated pickleball-only courts. The courts were funded from a portion of the City’s Council[1]approved Parks Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Fund; a fund supported by the sale of homes and the construction of new homes. We would also like to thank Snohomish County Councilmember Low for supporting a $10,000 Snohomish County Small Capital Projects Partnership grant to fund this project. This project stemmed from regular requests from the community to add dedicated pickleball courts in the City, and we are happy to announce these courts will be open to the public on a first come, first serve basis and include a permanent net.
