GRANITE FALLS, Wash. — The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office is asking for tips to help solve a cold-case double homicide that occurred 18 years ago. On July 11, 2006, a mother and daughter were hiking on Pinnacle Lake Trail east of Granite Falls and Verlot.
