    City officials provide update on service outages in Tulsa

    TULSA, Okla. — City officials said customer service is being impacted by the widespread technology outage Friday.

    In a news release, the City of Tulsa said as of 9:30 a.m., certain City software services and capabilities including the Citizen Self Service Portal are inaccessible. This is impacting customers ability to to access utility bills.

    Also unavailable is the online Self Service Portal for Development Services. This affects peoples' ability to look up enforcement cases and submit special event permits.

    The City said the outage may also affect inspectors and Code Enforcement officers in the field.

    The City said they'll provide more updates as vendors work to get their systems online.
