Kalen DeBoer is on fire right now.

The Alabama Crimson Tide haven't skipped a beat when it comes to the recruiting trail. DeBoer and his new staff have quickly built one of the top recruiting classes in college football despite so much uncertainty in the post-Nick Saban era.

On3 broke the news on Saturday that Alabama landed another star recruit. This time, the Crimson Tide secured a commitment from 5-star wide receiver Caleb Cunningham.

“Alabama has it all,” Cunningham told On3 . “You can’t go against Bama. They are the best. They have great coaches, they develop players, I feel at home there and I get to play with a great quarterback in Keelon Russell."

Cunningham is the top-ranked player in the state of Mississippi and the 14th-ranked player nationally by On3's industry rankings . At 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, he could end up being an exciting weapon quickly in Alabama's offense.

"Unverified size and athleticism, but clearly possesses physical traits and excellent functional athleticism on tape," Gabe Brooks with 247Sports wrote. "Projects as a high-major impact player with a long-term ceiling that could lead to NFL Draft consideration."

It's the latest in a long list of recruiting wins for DeBoer and his staff. Although Cunningham's commitment didn't move them up in the rankings, the Crimson Tide continue to stay near the top with the second-best recruiting class in the country for 2025. They only trail the Ohio State Buckeyes, who continue to lure top-tier talent to their program.

With this kind of momentum, DeBoer could help Alabama continue to compete for national titles for years to come.
