Rising graffiti reports hits home at Cobb Park, leaves community members questioning
Police reports are showing that graffiti vandalism is on the rise in Abilene. In the past few days, multiple businesses and areas have been marked with graffiti. One report of graffiti is at a spot loved by many in the community, Cobb Park. We spoke to Margaret Cooper, who is a regular visitor at the Cobb Recreation Center for lunch. Rain and a brief cool-down is expected across the Big Country
