NYPD: Gun, drugs found in car of man pulled over on Staten Island with suspended license
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 50-year-old admitted addict told police that he planned to exchange a gun he found in Philadelphia for drugs, authorities allege. The alleged admission was made after Teddy Kittelsen, 50, of Berglund Avenue in Graniteville, was pulled over by police while the defendant was driving a blue, 2023 Hyundai Elantra on July 16 at about 9:50 p.m. on Granite Avenue in Elm Park, according to the criminal complaint and police.
