One of the top recruits in the 2025 class, wide receiver Andrew Marsh, has set his commitment date for August 20th. His list has been trimmed down to Michigan, USC, Colorado, Washington, and Texas.

As Texas looks to improve its 2025 class, Marsh would be a welcome addition. He is a four-star recruit and ranked as the 13th best prospect in Texas. The Katy Jordan High School product would be joining a 2025 class that includes Kaliq Lockett. On Aug. 7, Lockett committed to Texas over Florida State and Alabama.

During his high school career, Marsh has been a human highlight reel. As a sophomore, he caught 53 passes for 845 yards and 11 touchdowns. A year later, he made history in the playoffs against Morton Ranch when he caught eight passes for 240 yards and five touchdowns. Scouts nationwide see Marsh as a player who could make an impact in any offense.

Over the next 11 days, Marsh will be a player to watch. He has shown that he can thrive under pressure, which will be critical at the next level. As the Longhorns look to build one of the top offenses in the country, Marsh would be a key addition.

The Longhorns are also targeting five-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench, who is scheduled to announce on Aug. 30. A wide receiver group of Lockett, Marsh, and French would be a hard trio to stop.
