Tennessee offers 2028 defensive lineman Asher Ghioto

Josh Heupel and the Tennessee football coaching staff offered a scholarship to 2028 defensive lineman Asher Ghioto.

“Super blessed and thankful to receive an offer from the University of Tennessee,” Ghioto said.

The 6-foot-4, 230-pound defensive lineman prospect is from The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida.

There are not recruiting rankings currently for Ghioto from Rivals, 247Sports, On3 or ESPN.

The Vols are one of three Southeastern Conference schools to offer a scholarship to Ghioto, according to 247Sports.

Ghioto has scholarship offers from Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, UCF, Louisville, Syracuse, Florida State, Boston College, Rutgers, Baylor, Memphis, Washington and Ohio State.

UCF first offered Ghioto a scholarship on May 11.
