Silver Alert canceled for 51-year-old Hinds County woman

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. ( WJTV ) – The Silver Alert issued for Debra Elaine Tolbert has been canceled. She has been located and is safe, according to MBI.

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. ( WJTV ) – A Silver Alert has been issued for a 51-year-old Utica woman.

Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Debra Elaine Tolbert was last seen on Wednesday, July 3 around 8:00 a.m. in the 2200 block of Low Water Bridge Road in Hinds County. She was walking in an unknown direction.

According to MBI, Tolbert was last seen wearing a green T-shirt and black shorts. They said she suffers from tremors and also holds her head to one side.
