Street closures scheduled for Brownsville reconstruction

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The westbound lanes of Morrison Road from Las Palomas Street to Stagecoach Trail in Brownsville will be closed for a month.

The closure is part of the Stagecoach Trail Complete reconstruction project conducted by the City of Brownsville’s Engineering and Public Works Department.

Westbound Morrison Road will be closed until June 28 between Las Palomas Street and the Stagecoach Trail.

The project, funded by the Capital Improvements Project, includes extensive drainage and roadway improvements.
