Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at 421 Craft Bar and Kitchen. Contrary to my initial impression from their website, the experience was far from average. The pizza, while a bit chewy, was a delightful challenge that left my cheeks aching in the best way possible.
The burger, too, exceeded my expectations, making me, a self-proclaimed food snob, pleasantly surprised. The outdoor seating was a bonus, especially since it was dog-friendly. We kicked off our meal with the grilled beef kofta kebabs, drizzled with a spicy sauce. Although they could have been a tad more rare, they were seasoned to perfection and quite tasty.
The main course was a toss-up between the beef stroganoff over pappardelle and the grilled bourbon salmon over a farro, green apple, arugula salad. Both were outstanding! The drinks menu was diverse, offering a wide range of cocktails, draft beers, and wines. The relaxed atmosphere and fun vibe added to the overall experience. I highly recommend 421 Craft Bar and Kitchen and can't wait for my next visit!
