DC car thief makes getaway after snatching purse, police seek suspect
WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. police are looking for a person who allegedly stole a car in Northwest, D.C. in May, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. On May 15, a person went into a business in the 1100 block of 15th Street and stole one person's purse, officials said. When all the shootings stopped last Thursday, a 16-year-old teen named Juan Roach was dead.
