Rich Baker comes 'full circle' to lead Stroudsburg High School as new AD
No matter where Richard Baker's journey took him, his hometown of Stroudsburg was never too far from his heart and spirit. He competed for Stroudsburg High School as a basketball player, he returned years later to patrol the sidelines as head varsity coach, and after serving as athletic director for Executive Education Academy, Baker is once again back home to serve as AD of his alma mater.
Bachman made the changes needed to transform Easton boys lacrosse into league and district champs
An 0-3 start to the season was all longtime coach Brad Bachman needed to see to know that he had to make changes to the Easton Area High School boys lacrosse team. The Red Rovers lost 15-7 to Central Bucks West of District 1, 15-10 to Parkland and 9-7 to Emmaus, all on the road and all in a span of five days.

Bright Lights: Tully Shines, But RailRiders Fall 4-2
ALLENTOWN, PA (July 3) – The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders dropped 4-2 to Lehigh Valley in the day contest of a split doubleheader. The RailRiders worked their way back to tie the game in the sixth, but a walk-off homer from Buddy Kennedy ended the contest. The team will finish up their time at Coca-Cola Park with the night game beginning at 7:05PM before they get to return home for July 4 at PNC Field.
Stone Reveals 2024 Field Hockey Schedule
EASTON, Pa.- The Lafayette field hockey program and head coach Jennifer Stone have revealed the 2024 schedule on Wednesday morning. Lafayette opens the 18-game season by hosting Vermont on Aug. 30 and Delaware on Sept. 1 before spending the next two matches on the road, traveling to Dartmouth and New Hampshire (Sept. 6 and 8).
