Not guilty plea entered in deadly Cabell County crash
CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A driver involved in a DUI crash that killed a teenager earlier this summer appeared in court virtually Tuesday morning in Cabell County. Joshua Wilson, who’s in his early 20s, entered a plea of not guilty to both counts: DUI causing death and DUI causing serious bodily injury.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - It’s a nice and comfortable start to the day today, with many starting off under clear skies and temperatures around 60-degrees. There is a touch of fog in the southern valleys, a normal sight this time of year. Sunshine should be the dominant feature through the afternoon, with temperatures set to cruise back to 90°. It gets pleasant again during the evening and overnight hours. The mid-week ends up being the driest part of the week, which ends up being unfortunate when it comes to the weekend (despite the reality that we still need the rain).
